Requirements: Outstanding guest services and communication skills, professional appearance, knowledge of cocktails and wines, basic computer knowledge, minimum legal age to serve alcohol, TIPS certificate, attention to detail, ability to multitask, effective listening skills, high school diploma or GED, ability to communicate in English, flexibility to work holidays and weekends, knowledge of food handling policies, physical fitness to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
