Position: Social Service Assistant
About: Landmark Care Center is a compassionate facility seeking a dedicated individual to join our Social Services Department. In this role, you will coordinate services, promote psychosocial growth, and assist residents and their families in accessing community resources. You will work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for residents during their recovery or stay at Landmark Care Center. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; BA in Social Work or related field would be helpful; ability to tactfully communicate with various individuals; experience working with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset individuals; strong communication and empathy skills; experience in long term care or health care social work preferred
