Evansville Harley-Davidson is currently seeking a dedicated, career-minded Social Media & Event Coordinator who understands the motorcycle business and works well with people. In this role, you’ll play a key role in driving community engagement, brand awareness, and customer excitement through coordinating dealership events and executing strategic digital marketing campaigns, ultimately showcasing the Harley-Davidson lifestyle. This position requires a dynamic, creative, and organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with department heads, customers, and the local community to bring events to life while maintaining a strong brand presence. Requirements: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred but not required; experience in the motorcycle industry is a major plus; must be passionate about the Harley-Davidson brand and have a deep understanding of the motorcycle industry and culture; self-starting leader and problem solver with an eye for detail and continuous improvement; good time management and effective communication skills; professional demeanor with demonstrated business acumen; ability to collaborate, accommodate individual needs, and maintain a sense of humor; fluent in the use of social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram; adhere to strict guidelines on social media posting and expand organic reach; valid driver’s license – a motorcycle endorsement is a plus; hands-on and able to work long hours when required; full availability for work schedule including weekends, holidays, and late hours
