Position: SME Food and Beverage Sales

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field; 8+ years of proven B2B sales experience in food manufacturing or food retailing; prior experience in the food industry, strategy development, or high-growth companies preferred; success in securing meetings, creating sales opportunities, and closing deals with C-level executives; strong understanding of sales principles and practices; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.com (or similar CRM); excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; willingness to travel as needed; ability to comprehend technical concepts and adapt to change; GMP, HACCP, and PSQI certification highly desirable; experience in facilities services or business solution sales to end-users preferred; strong leadership, relationship-building, collaboration, and proposal writing skills; exceptional organizational abilities and motivation for professional and personal growth.
