Position: Small Groups and Celebrations Sales Coordinator – The Cosmopolitan

Requirements: High School Diploma, GED or educational equivalent; Six (6) months of previous administrative experience; Previous experience with Group or Room Reservations, Front Desk and/or Guest Services in a similar resort setting; Experience working with Delphi, LMS, Tripleseat and Easy Post programs; Basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e., telephone, copier, and fax machine; Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts; Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
