Position: SKILLED LINE COOK – PM SHIFT (CINDY’S ROOFTOP)
About: The Chicago Athletic Association, a historic landmark transformed into a boutique hotel with award-winning dining destinations, is seeking a Skilled Line Cook (PM Shift) to join the Culinary team at Cindy’s Rooftop on the 13th floor. The hotel consistently earns a spot in Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For.
Requirements: Good communication skills; at least 2 years of previous line and fine dining experience; Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred; ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills; able to work multiple stations in the kitchen; moderate supervision and training required; willingness to work the PM Shift (2:00 to 11:00 pm), holidays, and weekends.
