Position: Site Supervisor (Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Intermediate Maintenance)
About: PENDING CONTRACT AWARD – The Site Supervisor position at Fleet Readiness Center Mid-Atlantic (FRCMA) in Norfolk, VA involves providing Intermediate level (I-Level) repair support for Ground Support Equipment (GSE) in support of Commander Naval Air Forces (CNAF). The role includes supervising day-to-day intermediate-level support maintenance, coordinating technical and administrative operations, and ensuring timely availability of weapon systems to meet operational requirements. Additionally, the Site Supervisor will oversee Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS) to ensure contract performance requirements are met or exceeded.
Requirements: Extensive knowledge of Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Minimum of 5 years as a Maintenance Officer or senior maintenance NCO responsible for NAMP with at least 5 years of experience supervising aircraft and/or support equipment maintenance requirements or civilian equivalents; Site Manager must possess required training, qualifications, proficiency, and security clearances to satisfy all access requirements prior to work commencement.
