Requirements: 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment leading a blended W2 and 1099 workforce; retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills; conflict resolution skills; team development and engagement skills; proficiency in computer usage, email, and Google Suite; ability to lead in a changing environment; track record of improving processes and efficiencies; flexibility to work varying schedules, including peak hours of operation, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to stand, bend, reach, walk, and lift up to 49 pounds.
