Requirements: High school diploma or GED; Must possess a valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean record, free from major violations or recent accidents; At least 5 years of driving experience; Understands and follows safety procedures; Ability to handle interactions with passengers respectfully, tactfully, and patiently; Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain discretion in handling confidential information; Ability to communicate effectively in oral expression; Experience with equity-minded work and understanding of individuals of diverse identities; Bilingual skills preferred
