About: A retail company is seeking a Bakery Department Assistant to deliver a great customer experience while supporting the Bakery Manager in daily operations including baking, dough mixing, icing, packaging, decorating, and maintaining a visually appealing department.
Requirements: Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English language; Ability to assist the Bakery Manager; Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and regularly lift 25 lbs, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs; Ability to work in varying temperatures; Ability to work with a variety of food products without allergic reactions; Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner; Ability to cooperate with team members and adhere to work schedules and policies
