Position: ShopRite – Cake Decorator
About: A bakery department within a grocery store chain is seeking an individual to assist the Bakery Manager in daily operations, including baking, mixing dough, icing, packaging, filling, and decorating pastry and bread items. The department focuses on maintaining a neat, clean, and visually appealing environment while ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Requirements: Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language; Ability to assist the Bakery Manager; Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and lift items up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; Ability to work in varying temperatures; Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner; Ability to work cooperatively with others; Ability to work assigned schedules and comply with time and attendance policies
