Position: ShopRite – Cake Decorator
About: A bakery department at a grocery store chain is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their team and assist the Bakery Manager in daily operations. The department focuses on baking, mixing dough, icing, packaging, filling, and decorating pastry and bread items. The team aims to maintain a clean, visually appealing workspace while providing excellent customer service within company policies and safety guidelines.
Requirements: Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language; Ability to assist the Bakery Manager; Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and regularly lift 25 lbs, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs; Ability to work in varying temperatures; Ability to work with food products without negative allergic consequences; Ability to interact with Customers in a friendly and helpful way; Ability to work cooperatively with others; Ability to work all assigned schedules and comply with time policies
