Position: ShopRite – Baker (Milford CT) Salary Range $15.69 – $17.50/hr
About: A bakery department at a grocery store is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to assist the Bakery Manager in daily operations, including baking, mixing dough, icing, packaging, and filling pastry and bread items. The focus is on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized department within company policies.
Requirements: Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English language; ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift; ability to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and regularly lift 25 lbs, and occasionally lift 50 lbs; ability to work in varying temperatures; ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way; ability to work cooperatively with others; ability to work all assigned schedules and comply with time and attendance policies
