Position: ShopRite – Baker
About: A bakery department in a retail store is seeking an individual to provide excellent customer service while supporting the Bakery Manager in daily operations, including baking, dough mixing, icing, packaging, and filling designated pastry and bread items. The role entails maintaining a clean, visually appealing department and efficiently executing assigned tasks within company policies.
Requirements: Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English language; Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift; Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and regularly lift 25 lbs, and occasionally lift 50 lbs; Ability to work in varying temperatures; Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner; Ability to work cooperatively with others; Ability to work all assigned schedules and comply with time and attendance policies
