Position: ShopRite – Baker
About: A bakery department in a retail grocery store is seeking an individual to assist the Bakery Manager in daily operations, including baking, mixing dough, icing, and packaging pastry and bread items. The role involves maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing department while ensuring efficient and safe work practices within company policies.
Requirements: Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English language; Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift; Ability to bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and regularly lift 25 lbs, and occasionally lift 50 lbs; Ability to work in varying temperatures; Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way
