Position: Shipping Associate
About: As a Shipping Associate at Walmart, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately preparing merchandise for outbound shipments to customers, distribution centers, or Walmart stores. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that orders are processed, packed, and shipped in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations is advantageous; Familiarity with shipping software, computer systems, and handheld devices is desirable; Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and processing shipments; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
