Position: shift supervisor – Store# 78365, VETERANS PKWY & AMERICAN WAY

As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will lead each shift, working alongside a team of baristas to deliver quality customer service and expertly-crafted products in an energetic store environment.
Requirements: Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality; available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays; meet store operating policies and standards; six (6) months of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment; prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages; at least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to employees and coordinating tasks of two (2) or more employees; ability to direct the work of others; ability to learn quickly; effective oral communication skills; knowledge of the retail environment; strong interpersonal skills; ability to work as part of a team; ability to build relationships
