Position: shift supervisor – Store# 57881, COULTER & PENNSYLVANIA

As a Starbucks shift supervisor, you’ll lead a team of baristas to deliver quality customer service in an energetic store environment, fostering a positive and uplifting experience for customers and partners.
Requirements: Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment – 1 year; Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality; Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays; Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages, food products, cash handling, and store safety; Six (6) months of experience in customer interaction and fulfilling requests; Prepare and coach food and beverages to standard recipes; At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating employees; Ability to direct work, learn quickly, communicate effectively, knowledge of the retail environment, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to build relationships
