Position: shift supervisor – Store# 57587, I-90 & INDIANAPOLIS BLVD
About: Starbucks, a renowned coffeehouse chain known for its commitment to connection and positive impact within communities, is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to join their store team.
Requirements: Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment – 1 year; Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation; Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays; Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety; Six (6) months of experience in customer interaction; Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes; At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating employees; Ability to direct work, learn quickly, communicate effectively, and work as part of a team; Knowledge of the retail environment and strong interpersonal skills.
