Position: shift supervisor – Store# 25465, GREENVILLE POWDER MILL SQUARE

As a Starbucks shift supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the operational standards that define the Starbucks Experience, leading a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and expertly-crafted products in a vibrant store setting.
Requirements: Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment – 1 year; Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality; Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays; Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security; Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role; Experience delegating tasks and coordinating multiple employees; Ability to direct work, learn quickly, communicate effectively, work in a team, build relationships
