Requirements: Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment – 1 year; Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality; Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays; Meet store operating policies and standards; Six months of experience in a customer-interfacing position; Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation; At least six months of experience delegating tasks to employees; Knowledge of the retail environment; Effective oral communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to work as part of a team; Ability to build relationships
