Position: shift supervisor – Store# 21314, TOLEDO – WEST CENTRAL AVE
About: Starbucks, a renowned coffeehouse chain known for its emphasis on connection, is seeking a dedicated and inspiring Shift Supervisor to lead its store operations. Partnering with a team of baristas, the Shift Supervisor will uphold the Starbucks Experience by delivering exceptional customer service and quality products in a warm and inclusive environment that fosters growth and teamwork.
Requirements: Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment – 1 year; Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality; Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays; Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role; Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized; At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating team activities; Basic knowledge, skills, and abilities including directing work, quick learning, effective communication, retail environment understanding, strong interpersonal skills, team collaboration, and relationship-building skills
