Position: shift supervisor – Store# 13448, SEABROOK, LAFAYETTE RD

As a Starbucks shift supervisor, you will lead the store operations standards to deliver quality customer service and expertly-crafted products in an energetic environment.
Requirements: Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment – 1 year; Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality; Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays; Experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests; Delegating tasks to employees and coordinating team efforts; Ability to direct work, learn quickly, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively; Knowledge of the retail environment and strong interpersonal skills.
