Position: shift supervisor – Store# 11200, SYLVAN RETAIL- PORTLAND

As a Starbucks shift supervisor, you will play a key role in upholding operational standards and leading a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and products in a vibrant store setting.
Requirements: Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment – 1 year; Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality; Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays; Meet store operating policies and standards; Six (6) months of customer interaction experience; Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation; Six (6) months of task delegation experience; Ability to direct work, learn quickly, communicate effectively, understand retail environment, strong interpersonal skills, team player, build relationships
