Position: Shift Supervisor (Full Time) – Richmond, VA
About: Lidl is a renowned retail store operating in over 30 countries, focused on providing customers with high-quality products at affordable prices. They are currently seeking dedicated and efficient Supervisors to join their operational team.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; 1-2 years of leadership experience; A team-oriented attitude; Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to de-escalate tense situations; Willingness to engage in physical store operations, including stocking and cleaning; Ability to lift, move, carry, or slide products over 50 pounds; Ability to work early morning or late evening shifts, including weekends; Excellent communication skills; Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
