Position: Shift Supervisor – Car Rental
About: Philadelphia International Airport, Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Supervisor. The role involves overseeing shift operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, maintaining productivity levels, and providing leadership and support to the team. This position may require stepping in to cover various roles as needed to meet customer demands, including acting as the site manager when required.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years; At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in customer service or operations; Strong communication and leadership skills; Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
