Position: Shift Supervisor – Car Rental
About: This position is based at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport in Austin, TX. The company is looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join their team, overseeing shift operations and ensuring compliance and productivity standards are met. This role may also involve coaching and mentoring new employees and stepping in to cover various roles when needed to accommodate customer demands.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older; Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years; At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in customer service or operations; Strong communication and leadership skills; Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required
