Position: Shift Supervisor
About: The Shift Supervisor position at a Corner Bakery Cafe is responsible for managing employees, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling cash flow, administrative paperwork, and promoting company initiatives. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; State Foodhandler card/ServSafe certification; minimum of 6 months experience in restaurant operations; strong guest service and communication skills; organized and detail oriented; ability to develop vendor relationships; proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and POS systems; bilingual (Spanish) a plus
