We are seeking a dedicated and experienced manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, coffee, food service, and leadership. As a manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, motivating teamwork, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
The role involves leading and motivating a team to ensure smooth operations during shifts, focusing on efficient food production and service that meets quality standards. Key duties include training new employees, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. You’ll handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, while also controlling Profit & Loss. Responsibilities include conducting brief meetings to discuss safety, guest service, promotions, and training. Additionally, you’ll prepare necessary paperwork, monitor employee productivity, and manage breaks.
Qualifications include a flexible schedule, food industry experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Safety compliance is essential, with physical tasks like lifting (up to 25 lbs.), standing for long periods, and working in various environmental conditions.
