Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring team adherence to standards, managing safety, security, profitability, and communication between shifts. Additional responsibilities may include food safety, inventory management, crew management, customer service, and training. Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.
