Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent with five years of law enforcement, security, or casino security-related experience is required; Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills; Must have the ability to interact with a variety of people; Must have flexible availability with scheduling, including shifts and days off; Must be able to adapt and thrive in a fluid, high-stress, and fast-paced environment; Must have outstanding organizational skills; Must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; Requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Must be 21 years of age or older; Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
