Position: Shift Manager Positions from $19 to $24 per hour
About: These McDonald’s are owned and operated by a local husband and wife. Shift managers earn competitive pay ranging from $19 to $24 per hour, while General Managers earn $62,000 per year or higher, plus bonuses, fully paid medical insurance, and two weeks of paid vacation to start.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers, monitor performance, maintain McDonald’s standards, ensure safety and profitability, and communicate effectively. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting preferred. Candidates must be positive team players with a flexible schedule, 18 years or older, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
