Position: Shift Manager Positions from $19 to $24 per hour
About: McDonald’s, a well-known fast-food restaurant chain, is currently seeking Shift Managers to join their team. The McDonald’s restaurants in the Fairbanks and North Pole area are locally owned and operated, providing a friendly work environment with growth opportunities.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers must provide leadership to the crew, monitor performance, maintain McDonald’s standards, ensure safety and profitability, and communicate effectively with other managers. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting is preferred. Candidates must be positive team players with a flexible schedule and must be at least 18 years old.
