Position: SHIFT MANAGER – BEVERAGE
About: The Venetian Resort is currently seeking a dedicated Shift Manager – Beverage to oversee all aspects of the Beverage Department in alignment with hotel standards.
Requirements: 21 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High School Diploma or equivalent; 2 Years experience managing shift in beverage dept required, prior experience managing multiple locations preferred; Knowledge of proper food service and sanitation required, and fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal and bilingual in Spanish preferred; Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations; Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment; Must be able to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English; both in oral and written form; Must possess interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs to deal effectively with all business contacts; Must maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to VCR appearance standards; Must maintain consistent adherence to the VCR Unmatched Guest Service Standards; Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
