Position: Shift Manager– All Shifts
About: This job posting is for a management position in a locally owned and operated McDonald’s franchise restaurant. The franchisee operates independently, owning a license to use McDonald’s branding and products. Please note that the franchisee is a separate entity from McDonald’s USA and is solely responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences. They provide leadership, monitor performance, maintain standards, communicate effectively, and handle various responsibilities including food safety, inventory management, and customer service. Previous leadership experience preferred; positive team players with flexible schedules and a passion for a fast-paced environment.
