Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences. They provide leadership to the crew, monitor performance, maintain McDonald’s standards, ensure safety, security, and profitability, and oversee various operational aspects like food safety, communication, inventory management, cleanliness, crew management, food production, customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred. Candidates must be positive team players with a flexible schedule, at least 18 years old.
