Position: Shift Manager
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by Coaxum Enterprises, Inc., an independent franchisee. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products when running the restaurant. However, this franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership, monitor performance, ensure team meets standards, oversee safety, security, profitability, and communicate effectively. Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred. Positive team players with flexible schedules and a passion for fast-paced environments. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in restaurants.
