Position: Shift Manager
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s, offering a starting wage of $16/hr that increases to $17/hr once certified, along with free uniforms, meals, discounted meals, flexible schedule, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation, health insurance, and additional benefits. Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers provide leadership to the crew, monitor performance, maintain McDonald’s standards, ensure safety and profitability, and handle communication. Ideal candidates have previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment, are positive team players, flexible, and at least 18 years old to manage in corporate-owned restaurants.
