About: The Gillis Organization owns and operates McDonald’s Restaurant Franchises in Bergen, Monmouth, Middlesex, Ocean, and Somerset County in New Jersey and Albany, Columbia, Rensselaer, and Schenectady County in New York. Requirements: Fast Track Management Program available based on experience; lead shifts weekly to ensure customer satisfaction; provide leadership to crew and managers for service excellence; perform tasks including planning, monitoring performance, ensuring standards, safety, and profitability; responsible for food safety, communication, inventory, cleanliness, crew management, food production, customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training; previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred; positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for fast-paced environments.
