Position: Shift Manager
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products, operating as a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers have a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to the crew and other managers, monitor performance, maintain McDonald’s standards, ensure safety, security, profitability, and prepare for the next shift. Responsibilities include food safety, internal communication, inventory management, cleanliness, crew management, food production, customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred. Candidates must be positive team players with a flexible schedule, aged 18 or older to manage in corporate-owned restaurants.
