Position: Shift Manager
About: This job posting is for a position at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to the crew, monitor performance, maintain McDonald’s standards, manage safety, security, profitability, and overall shift operations. Shift Managers are responsible for aspects like food safety, internal communication, inventory management, cleanliness, crew management, food production, customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training. Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
