Position: Shift Manager
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s. The franchisee has the license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. Please note that the franchisee is a separate employer from McDonald’s USA. If hired, the franchisee will be your employer responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to the crew to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. Responsibilities include planning and monitoring shift performance, ensuring safety and profitability, and managing crew and departments effectively. Previous leadership experience preferred, especially in restaurant/retail/hospitality. Must be 18 or older for management roles at corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurants.
