Position: Shift Manager

Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers, monitor performance, ensure quality, service, and cleanliness, maintain safety, security, profitability, communicate effectively, and be responsible for various operational tasks such as food safety, inventory management, and scheduling. Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.
