Position: Shift Manager
About: This job posting is for a position in a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. Please note that the franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers must provide leadership, monitor performance, maintain McDonald’s standards, ensure safety and profitability, and communicate effectively. Responsibilities include food safety, internal communication, inventory management, cleanliness, crew management, customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting is preferred. Candidates must be positive team players with a flexible schedule, at least 18 years old to be a manager in corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurants.
