Position: Shift Manager
About: This job posting is for a position in a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is a separate company from McDonald’s USA and is responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment decisions at the restaurant.
Requirements: Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule, 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned restaurants.
