About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent, locally owned franchise of The McDonald’s Corporation. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products when running the restaurant. However, the franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from The McDonald’s Corporation and/or McDonald’s USA. If hired for the job, the franchisee will be the employer responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment; positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for fast-paced environments; must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants
