Position: Shift Manager $16.50 – $22 per hour
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee that holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA, responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers, monitor performance, uphold McDonald’s standards, ensure safety and profitability, and communicate effectively. Responsibilities include food safety, internal communication, inventory management, cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training. Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. Positive team players with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced environment are sought. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.
