Position: Shift Manager – $15 – $17
About: This job posting is for a position in a franchise-operated McDonald’s restaurant. The franchisee owns the license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. Please note that the franchisee is a separate employer from McDonald’s USA, responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Shift Managers oversee crew, uphold quality, service, cleanliness standards, monitor safety, profitability, and communicate effectively. Responsibilities may include food safety, inventory management, crew management, customer service, and training. Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality. Must be 18 years or older for management roles in corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurants.
