Position: Shift Manager
About: Arby’s is a fast-food restaurant chain known for its roast beef sandwiches and a variety of menu options. We are currently seeking experienced Shift Managers to join our team and assist in the smooth daily operations of our restaurant under the guidance of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to customer service excellence and team performance.
Requirements: Minimum of 1+ year in foodservice and a Serve Safe Certification is a plus; Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks; Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling
