Position: Shift Manager
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s. The franchisee has a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. However, it is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant.
Requirements: Managers lead shifts ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership, monitor performance, maintain standards, safety, security, profitability, and communicate effectively. Responsibilities include food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, crew management, quality food production, customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting preferred. Candidates must be positive team players with a flexible schedule, aged 18 or older.
